Traditional style cottages on a beautiful location.
The Bunaken SeaGarden Resort is located on a beautiful location at Pangalisang beach on the east coast of Bunaken with a beautiful housereef in front of the resort.
We offer 7 comfortable cottages build in the traditional Indonesian style with local materials such as coconut poles, walls of "pitate" and coconut wood furniture to create the right exotic atmosphere.
We have our own generator and we offer electricity from 6 in the evening until 9 in the morning and a few hours during the daytime.
4 spacious deluxe cottages have a ceramic tiled floor, all cottages have a modern bathroom with shower (not heated) and a nice veranda with a comfortable hammock. They are equipped with a double bed or two single beds (third bed is optional), a fan, mosquito net, drinking water dispenser, towels and good furniture.

The 3 standard cottages are built in the same style but with coconut wooden floors. These standard cottages are a little bit smaller, both have a double bed and equipped with the same furniture, they also have a nice veranda with hammock, 2 chairs and a table.
The Bunaken SeaGarden Resort is run by Sonya, she and her staff are committed to make our guests feel comfortable and make their stay at our cozy resort a very pleasant one. Laundry service is also available. |
Scuba diving, Padi courses, Snorkeling trips, Dolphin tour, Highland tour, Volcano climbing and more can be arranged for our guests and if you have special requests then just let us know, we will do our best to organise it. Our boat "The Honesty" can be rented for dolphin- and snorkel trips. |

From the restaurant there is a beautiful view on the mangrove beach and the open sea. The high tide creates a long natural swimming pool along the resort and at low tide a shady and sandy beach appears.
A perfect place to relax with a cold drink after scubadiving or snorkeling.
Different kinds of tasteful local foods are served, mostly traditional prepared with fresh fish, chicken or pork, fresh vegetables and spices.
Special wishes such as a BBQ also can be arranged.
You can choose between a continental and an Indonesian breakfast.
As a side order we have different kinds of fruits, fresh cool fruit juices, pure or mixed. A nice cold beer or other drinks are also available in the Bunaken SeaGarden restaurant.
Coffee, tea and drinking water are available without extra charge.
